Parque Kirkland

Recently completed, Parque Kirkland is a mixed use project on the corner of 3rd Ave and Central Way in Kirkland, WA. The project includes a four-story open staircase that offers views to Peter Kirk Park. It has 70 residential units and 22,000 SF of space to retail and amenity programming.
